The Meuse truffle: "You have to learn to appreciate it and to cook it and that is why we invite you to share our passion with our dog Lagotto Graal.

Price per person based on accommodation in a double room including :

  • 2 nights with breakfast,
  • 2 lunches,
  • 2 dinners including one "All truffles".
  • 3 cavages,(outings in the woods with our truffle dogs Graal and Jitane)
  • 1 culinary workshop, (cooking of a truffled foie gras etc...)
  • harvested truffles, 1 truffled foie gras, 1 truffled camembert, truffled butter

Example of a Truffles stay :

  • Day 1 : arrival in the early afternoon, cavage, washing of the truffles, aperitif and dinner
  • Day 2 : cavage, lunch, cavage, aperitif and dinner with truffles.
  • Day 3: Culinary workshop, lunch

Make your reservations in advance as we only take 4 people at a time so that you can take full advantage of your stay (truffle harvest from October to December). 

The Meuse truffle (bourgogne truffle)

Fragrant and crunchy, the fresh Burgundy truffle will delight the palate of the finest gourmets. Its deep and incomparable fragrance of undergrowth and its nutty taste make the reputation of its quality.

  • Crème brûlée with truffled foie gras.
  • Asparagus royale with truffled whipped cream.
